Automatischer Rufaufbau sobald eine besetzte oder nicht angenommene Nebenstelle wieder verfügbar ist.
Mit dem AND Phone Callback Dienst kann automatisch ein Rückruf ausgelöst werden. Neben mehreren aktiven Rückrufen zur gleichen Zeit können sowohl interne als auch externe Teilnehmer für einen Rückruf eingetragen werden.
Sollte ein automatischer Rückruf nicht erwünscht sein, so kann statt dessen auch eine Mitteilung direkt an das IP Telefon gesendet werden.
